Metering pumps

Dosing pumps are membrane or plunger pumps that control small to larger amounts of fluids which are injected into a main stream under pressure.

The highly reliable metering pumps are adjustable from 0 to 100%, controllable in turns and available in different flows, number of pumps per engine and different pressures. The metering pumps are divided into several series:

Dostec 40 metering pump consists of one pump with a direct transmission of one electric motor. The Dostec 40 is available from 2.5 to 200 l/h with a maximum pressure up to 20 bar;
The Dostec 50 metering pump consists also of one pump and one electric motor. The Dostec 50 is available from 100 to 1,200 l/h with a maximum pressure up to 12 bar.
The Mulftifertic metering pump is a metering pump that is modular to build from 1 to 4 pumps with one electric motor. Thus 4 different fluid streams can be administered, whereby each fluid flow can be set between 0 and 100% of the pump capacity, independent of the speed frequency of the electric motor.

All pumps can be equipped with a plunger or membrane, 220V and 380V engines. The material of the plungers or membranes can be determined depending on the application.
