Dosing pumps are membrane or plunger pumps that control small to larger amounts of fluids which are injected into a main stream under pressure.

These are single and double stainless steel dosing valves, respectively, whose opening is designed in such a way that the flow characteristic has a linear relationship with the position of the valve.

This type of valve is generally used in industrial systems for water, gas and corrosive media. This specific version is intended to be used as a dosing valve in industry, water treatment and agriculture.

In contrast to a (pulsating) solenoid valve, this dosing valve is used for continuous dosing. One could think of for instance; concentrated fertilisers, acid or other products.

The single dosing valves can be used, for example, on both the pressure and the suction side of a venturi. The double version has been specifically developed to be used as a solution for ensuring that AB fertilizer tanks run in parallel. They have an adjustment option to compensate for any viscosity differences. A 'master - slave' combination is also possible.

The standard version of the double dosing valve has a 'centre-to-centre' distance of 200 mm. Other centre-to-centre distances are also possible on request.
